01 — Range
The RK-IMS 320 / 450 is made in two sizes, with a maximum paper width of 310 mm and 440 mm, and handles die cutting repeat lengths from 25 mm to 470 mm on a common magnetic cylinder of 120 or 150 teeth. It performs both half cutting, where labels are kiss cut on the liner and rewound as a roll, and full cutting, where labels are cut right through and collected on a conveyor with a vacuum system. It runs 150 to 200 strokes per minute.
View PageThe IMSP-350 puts printing and cutting on one machine. A flexo printing unit, available from 1 to 12 colours, sits in front of the die cutting unit, so there is no second set-up, no roll change and no re-registration between print and cut. It switches between semi rotary and full rotary modes, half cuts and full cuts on a 350 mm web, takes repeat lengths of 25 to 250 mm and runs 100 to 150 strokes per minute.
