Wrist Band Machine
The Wrist Band Machine makes finished wristbands from a paper roll in a single pass. It unwinds the paper and the release paper on two separate stations, coats the release paper with hot melt glue through a slotter die, laminates the two webs together, die cuts the wristband shape on a rotary die, then carries the bands down a long conveyor to a collecting tray at the end.
Both unwinds take rolls up to 600 mm diameter on 3 inch air shafts, with imported electronic ultrasonic web guides on both stations. Paper tension is held by an auto electronic tension controller with load cell feedback, and release paper tension by a powder brake with amp meter. The die cutting unit has a nip roller and an 80 teeth magnet cylinder, and the main motor is 3 HP three phase AC with variable speed through a VFD. A batch coding printer and the flexible die are priced separately.
It suits wristband makers for events, hospitals and hospitality, and label converters who want to add wristbands to their range.
