The Multi Layer Pasting Machine applies a second label on top of a master label, roll to roll, with the position held by sensors. It is a 320 mm wide machine with fully servo based touch screen control. The master label repeat runs from 2 inches to 18 inches, the applied label from 15 mm to 180 mm, and the repeat height from 25 mm to 100 mm. A mark and gap sensor reads the label position, a label counter with auto stop control keeps count, and the machine has a nip roll, a rotary blade slitting facility and a sheet cutting unit with a program system. Unloading is up to 750 mm diameter, and label unloading up to 400 mm.

It suits label printers who supply pharmaceutical, chemical and promotional multi layer labels, where a booklet or peel-off layer sits on a base label.

The Tape Cutting Machine is a fully servo controlled digital auto slicing cutting machine. A wide roll of tape goes on the 75 mm shaft, which is 1500 mm long, and the pneumatic slice cutting attachment cuts it into rolls of the width you ask for. A 3 HP single phase motor with digital timer auto control drives the machine. The slice cutting attachment is fitted for the tape width you sell.

It suits tape manufacturers and converters who buy jumbo tape rolls and sell finished narrow rolls.

The Foam Die Cutting Machine cuts foam into the shape of a die. RK builds it to the customer's requirement, so the working width, the die and the feeding and collection arrangement are fixed against the foam you use and the shape you cut. There is no fixed published specification; share your foam type, thickness, sheet or roll form and the shape you need, and RK will configure the machine.

The Gift Wrap Ribbon Slitter slits ribbon rolls into narrower widths for gift wrap and packaging use. This machine is also built to order.
